Long-Term Storage
- Duration: Typically several months to years; for items you don’t need regular access to.
- Common Uses: Storing heirlooms, antiques, business inventory, or belongings during long-term relocation.
- Access Frequency: Access is usually minimal, so items can be stored more densely.
- Cost: Often offers discounted rates for longer commitments, which can make it more economical.
- Packing Considerations: Requires more careful packing to protect items from dust, pests, and temperature fluctuations over time. Climate control is recommended for sensitive items like electronics, wooden furniture, and documents.
- Unit Size: Might need a larger unit if storing furniture or bulkier, long-term items.
For our long-term storage renters, we offer an incentive of their last month being free or $100 off of the last month’s rent.
